My Night Routine for a Productive Tomorrow 🌙✨

One invaluable lesson I’ve learned over the past 30 years is that everything good comes from discipline and hard work. Transformation begins with you, and having a consistent night routine has been a game-changer for me. Here’s the night routine I strive to stick to most days of the week:

  • Complete a closing shift on your home (try to do this 2 hours before bed!)
  • Walk your pups 🐾
  • Plan your workout outfit in advance and leave it out
  • Water your plants at night (it’s better!) 🌱
  • Write down your lunch and dinner for the next day (leave any protein defrosting)
  • Refill your water bottle 💧
  • Take your magnesium glycinate
  • Check your calendar for meetings, calls, or pending emails
  • Prepare your workout bag and leave it by the door
  • Charge your phone, watches, earphones, etc.
  • Take a hot shower and do your skincare routine 🛁
  • Leave your outfit of the day (OOTD) out and ready
  • Write or read something for 10 minutes 📚

Sticking to this routine helps me reset, unwind, and prepare for a productive tomorrow. It’s amazing how these small, consistent actions can make such a big difference in how you feel and perform the next day.
